In Season Fall-Winter/2014-2015 conceptual Russian brand Alena Akhmadullina refers to the fairy tale the Canterville Ghost by English writer Oscar Wilde.

Inspired by the English male suit, designers of the brand featured their vision of the garment in womenswear through such details as enlarged pocket laps, elements of the classic trench on coats and dresses along with the mix of typical elements of the English suit with draping.

Lengthy feminine dresses: lace, with draping and certainly made of fabric with brand's prints came out as the contrast to the part of collection inspired by the male suit.

Alena Akhmadullina brand's prints were devoted to the characters and place of the fairy-tale. Floor-length evening gowns were sewn of fabric with prints depicting the interior elements of the old castle like: chandeliers, wooden panels of the floor and walls all designed in dark colours with bright flakes. Female suit of the 19th century turned into inspiration for the other prints: handmade pencil and watercolour sketch of the lace and extensive print made of ribbons and boutonnières painted in watercolour. Alena Akhmadullina will also feature her Fall-Winter Collection/2014-2015 in Russia at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia that will take place from 27 to 31 March 2014.
