New Year Children Ball in Vyacheslav Zaitsev Fashion House

On 21 December Fashion House of Slava Zaitsev will host the New Year Children’s Ball in frames of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia and supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

On 21 December Fashion House of Slava Zaitsev will host the New Year Children’s Ball in frames of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia and supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Earlier Minister of Industry and Trade deputy, Viktor Evtukhov, already underlined the importance of children’s fashion events: 'We believe festival of children's fashion is an important event. It is essential to develop the industry of children's fashion because the things that surround kids from the first days of their lives, things they see and live with - different items, books, toys, clothes, all greatly impact kids' development and his or her formation as personality.


Designers, participants of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia 2013, will present their collections on the runway. Among them: Marina Gushchina, Polina Golub and others. Traditionally celebrities' kids will walk the runway accompanied by their 'star' parents. Among the models will be Alena Borodina (Russkoye Radio) with her daughter Masha, Zhenya Galstyan, daughter of the world known florist Araik Galstyan. Among celebrities invited to the event with the kids are: Katya Lel, Sergei Zhukov, Irina Dubtsova, Natalya Bochkareva.


December Children's Ball is associated with the celebration of New Year, therefore it will be bright, full of surprises and miracles. Before the fashion show when young stars will be 'sparkling' on the runway, creative workshop will be arranged in the entrance hall: kids and their parents will have a chance to participate in fun and interesting activities. Little guests will meet the characters of their favourite fairy-tales and of course, nobody will leave the party without a present.


Children's Fashion Ball is a bright event focused on establishment of cultural, aesthetic and artistic taste in kids and young people; it attracts attention to children's fashion, to new trends and directions of development.


Typical feature of the event is its charity compound. Thus, girls from Kolomensky orphanage will walk the runway and experience what it is like - to be a model. They, just like the real models, will get the make-up and hair done, and feel like true princesses of the catwalk. At the end of the evening girls will get the present, outfit which they will be demonstrating at the runway.
